So treat people well. They matter most in business

An individual business in my understanding is likened to a sole proprietorship kind of business or what we call in our local balance one man business, is a kind of business run by an individual without incorporation. Pety traders and artisans are example of such type business.

Well i guess it applies differently in other jurisdiction as here in my country there is no room for individual registered as a business. I know the several ways of formalizing the registration of a business just not with the option of individual.

The individual there means personally owned and controlled by the owner. No partnership of whatsoever, totally independent. Can be registered or not it's totally dependent on the owner and hence the risk falls solely on the owner.

From the world individual, we can understand that it involves only one person. Individual business as explained by the original poster may mean a business run by just one person whose profit and loss are borne singly by him.

As for me an individual business is a business owned by a incorporated business and also a business that owns by just a man's business and also you the only one that can decided on how you going to run the business on your own and what and what to be done

I think you may individually own the business but behind the scenes you involve a lot of people helping you grow it.Individual business is about you being able to start and run it but running it may include others under your control. You may get ideas also from them since you make decisions yourself as the owner.

When an individual runs and manage the day to day activities in a business venture, it is called individual company, that is the company that one person runs, like small shops, freelancers etc
