The role of a manager is to ensure that the job and operation of an organisation is carried out within the firms ethics and rules.He needs to have the capacity to manage the temprament and attitude of staff members.

I think that you will have a lot to manage about the differences in the people. You should know that people have different strengths and different weaknesses.
 
I think the biggest challenge would be how to get them to work together cohesively, and as a unit. Especially if there are uncooperative individuals within them. However it is your job as the manager to oversee these situations should they come up. Make sure they understand that it is in their best interest to complete the task dutifully and diligently.
If you're talking about a business organisation it is very simple to manage a group of people , that is just what I know about it, if you're talking about managing a group of people as a leader that is one of the most difficult tasks have ever done.
