It is very good not to be harsh to those who are working under you. It is very good for a a leader to become passionate about those who work under him. This way around in more respect from those that work for him.

In fact you really get my point and your comment is more precise. It is very important to always strike balance as a manager in the workplace. It is very important to always maintain frame and never get carried away with emotion in dealing with different workers.

The biggest challenge a manger could face is the idea diversity among the members, there would be people with different mindset so he should be ready for it.

That's true, having a good mindset is very important, if you don't have this mindset of a successful individual you'll definitely suffer alot, having the wrong mindset will only lead you to failure.
