What are some tips for providing good customer service?

There's no way you are going to be a hundred percent perfect in your business , because you can't satisfy every customer but you must keep pushing hard to know their problems and try solving them .
That's true. Some customers are just insatiable. One can't please them even if one do their best. I just hope that when i eventually own a business, i wouldn't encounter such customers.

You are absolutely right. The importance of a customer service representative in a business cannot be overemphazied. Most times, i can't help but wonder why some companies pay little attention to customer service representative when it's really important.
 
As a customer service representatives of a company or as a boss of the company , you must always be contacting and checking on your customers and knowing their well-being , updating them on your new goods and services you have .
 
be polite, friendly, be professional, have good work ethic and be a good listener always assure your clients that you are able to solve their problems and ask for feedbacks always

I have known some businesses who made the mistake of hiring just anyone because they are looking at not paying high salaries to their workers, all they were after was cutting down on cost but it ended up bitting them hard in the end. Their production went south and they had great loss. They still ended up hiring professional and paid them more to boost up the business back again to life.

There is no two ways to it. When we don't have the competent hands as employees, it will surely tell on our business. To get the best, we just need to do away with nepotism and favoritism especially when appointing to sensitive posts.
