Twitter seems to be pretty much popular with the crowd that argues and does the drama all the time. I want to know if the twitter can be used for the selling of the services and products. I think if I can make some of the followers and get them to spread my tweet. I wonder if it can help me sell the products.

I know people who use twitter to market their products, but for me, Facebook happens to give me that taste. The interface it provides is easy and convenient for me. It makes your advert opened to a huge online population.

Twitter is one of the best social media for marketing and promoting your product online , and its easy if you have a lot of followers or you are in a lot of group where you can post your product and advertise it .

I've worked some gigs involving Twitter and I could say that it's indeed being used to promote business sites, online stores, and blogs through links in tweets. However, tweets have to conform to community rules and must support normal engagement. Otherwise, it will be labeled as spam which could lead to the banning of accounts if done repetitively. I believe it is effective and can be combined with other social media to maximize exposure.

I might be wrong though but I don't think twitter is really used for advertising much, people tend to make use of mostly Facebook and Instagram, they have tools used for promotion and advertising.
