There is a well-known saying: "the customer is always right" I have never agreed with that saying, I consider that the client, from his position as a client, has a concept of what is the service or product he requires, but that idea is based on his expectation and demand, it does not necessarily conform to reality in all cases ... Now, it is true that the opinion of the client is very important ... but to what extent is it advisable to let the opinion of the client affect or determine the way in which we offer a product or service in our business?

They are the main reason why you selling the products, so their opinions is very important, when they make a complain note it, if the complain persists then you look into it. Always remember, that they are the reason you are running the business.

Every customer can't be right . But the whole business is based largely on purchase by customers,if there is something they don't like that you can work on, they work on it. However there are some customers who will frustrate you, no matter the option or solution provided . It is advisable to do away with such customers.

Your explanation is very reasonable, although you have to please the client because they are the source of income, they are not always right. Now if several people have the same complaint, you must evaluate where the fault is.

When you’re rendering services to clients you can only advice and suggest additions or subtractions to clients demand. The client is going to pay you for everything yours is to deliver and you should try as much as possible to avoid argument with your clients. No one is ever 100% right but business-wise customer is always 100^ right. Accept that rule and you’ll see massive boost in your business

It is called customer's feedback or review. And it is very important in knowing the progress of a business. But then, human needs are insatiable so as a business owner, you can't possibly satisfy everyone. You just have to strive to meet up with standards. Never overlook or belittle your customers reviews, it is crucial in/for growing.

Of a truth customers are right but not always. I've met the most annoying customers on earth. Sometimes it's better to call their atensions when they are wrong

Customers are not always right cos most of them are just bullies, some just want to ridicule your business, the only time a customer is right is when you are not treating them right by attending to them or selling fake products to them

You try to make your clients feel so high esteem any time they come in to buy things from you. But don't let their opinions sometimes derail your business progress. Follow them in the right manner to caution them anytime they use inappropriate words.

I client should not give an open opinion concerning any business institution...he or she should rather put it in a suggestion box.. arguing with a customer is for small business but yes they are somehow right if what they said are true.

You are right, the opinion of the client counts. But, you need to consider your capital and expenses on the goods.

A client or customer is human just like the seller which means both customer and seller have their own right to speak of. When there is an argument the focal point is the issue and not the person whether he is the customer and he thinks he is always right. To be fair when the customer is inside the store of the seller then he should act like a guest. However when there is arrogance on the part of the seller then the customer can always complain.

Without these customers, then you are not going to be in business, so you have to respect whatever opinion they have about your services and products, after all they are the reason why you are in Business.

the customers opinion should always count and actions should be taken on their complaint because most customers like to be paid rapt attention to and one funny thing is that the customers are the pillars of the business, without them the business cannot survive and cannot be sustained.try to dedicate time to your customers comment for the betterment of your business

This is perfectly correct and I concur with your point. Your business is irrelevant or useless when it lacks patronage from customers. So, your customers opinions should be valued and taken serious.

My point exactly. To what extent are the opinions of our customer or client right. Sometimes if not most, client or customer are selfish and look for the best way they can get what the want from you without giving out much.

You just need to satisfy your customers. Even if they haggle or handle the situation the way you don't like, you still need to maintain calmness because your behavior may sell your product out. They may even eventually buy from you just because of the way you handle the situations.

Customer satisfaction is defined as a measurement that determines how happy customers are with a company's products, services, and capabilities. Customer satisfaction information, including surveys and ratings, can help a company determine how to best improve or changes its products and services.

Customer feedback or feedback is information provided by clients about whether they are satisfied or dissatisfied with a product or service and about general experience they had with a company. Theiropinion is a resource for improving customer experience

There's a saying that says customers are always right, even if they are at times wrong, think carefully about their complaint and you will some iota of truth in it.
Don't quarrel with your customers because they are the should of your business, without them there can't be you
