Without the customers you can't be in business. Their opinion is very important, because its their satisfaction that keeps patronage coming in. Their input also helps you to see ways you can improve on your product & services.
 
There is a well-known saying: "the customer is always right" I have never agreed with that saying, I consider that the client, from his position as a client, has a concept of what is the service or product he requires, but that idea is based on his expectation and demand, it does not necessarily conform to reality in all cases ... Now, it is true that the opinion of the client is very important ... but to what extent is it advisable to let the opinion of the client affect or determine the way in which we offer a product or service in our business?
Customer and client are not always right, because every customer has his own priorities and preferences.
But I believe that a feedback mechanism always help a businessman to improve its products and enhance the sale to make products according to requirements of customers.
 
You are right that costumer is not always right, but his opinion matters in our business and about our products or his likings.
But we should also know that and acknowledge that Costumer is a boss or king of market, because we are doing all in business to get earnings and earning will come only from costumer. But he is always a client and costumers we should remain humble but in limits.

You may or may not agree with that statement, but everyone ought to agree that customers, and customer opinon, hold a very important place in our lives. After all, without customers - people who buy our products and services - our businesses close down and we all pack up to go home. The faster you can adapt to accommodate customer needs, the stronger your company's reputation
 
Yes customer opinion is important since it let's you know what area to improve on your services to them but you can accept all opinions from customers since different people have different likes and one customer might not like what another customer finds acceptable.
The key is to find a balance and leave the rest since you can never please everyone.
 
Costumers opinions matters a lot in every business, you should always listen to your costomers, make research and know what your costomers want because the business was made to solve a problem which is costomers needs, any business that does not solve costumers need is not a business.
 
Firstly we must all know that without customers there will be no business, so therefore customers are king and the centre point in any business and that is why you should value your customers and give them value for their monies and treat them right.
