In Telegram, you can easily search and see people and other public groups, but in WhatsApp, you cannot search people except you have their mobile number. Telegram users can send any type of file via telegram up to 1.5GB. Whatapp on the other hand, restricts video, images and document type files. Telegram on the other hand, has various bots, file sharing, platform compatibility and privacy, but does not have a video call function and has a smaller user base.

I will choose WhatsApp over telegram because it helps me focus on my customers and attend to them accordingly while telegram gives me the option of reaching a larger audience it gets very distracting most times, rand people add you to groups you do not know jack about and other stuff so Whatsapp is always my go to app

I am actually using WhatsApp due to the fact that my customers are WhatsApp based. I don't have a single customer that is using telegram as the use of their communication. Most of them find WhatsApp easier to use.

I still prefer WhatsApp current with it's present features, I find it user friendly. There are many WhatsApp users than telegram users, so I think I should make use of the platform which a larger population of my audience makes use of in other to communicate effectively.
