Well if I have to start any business online the most preferably platform i would lie to use is telegram,because they way the programmer design the app is too easy to use for business ..
Although for now I don't have any business for now to do on the app but I will always recommend telegram for anyone close to me that need answers on where to do is business online ..

I can side with your view, I also believe Telegram is basically designed for business communication even though you can also use it for personal communication. However, whatsapp has a large userbase, more than two times the users of Telegram. Therefore, I believe whatsapp can be more beneficial.

For me I think telegram is the best when you consider the security and the number of people you can reach at the same time.. Telegram allow you integrate thousands of customer into a channel but a whatsapp group is like 200 or thereabout. But whatsapp help you advertise your goods on your status and make sure some people on your contact can see that. Moreover WhatsApp has more users than telegram especially in my country.so to reach those customers and considering my country, I think WhatsApp will be preferred

Telegram is way more better than whatsapp. With telegram you can reach a wider audience because a group can accommodate thousands of people but with WhatsApp, it's only 250 max. I prefer WhatsApp in a thousand times than telegram. Telegram is full of fraudulent people so it's not really safe to use it for business. I know how much WhatsApp has help me in my business. Through WhatsApp status I have been able to reach out to many of my customers by daily showcasing all the available product I have in stock. I'm not a fan of telegram form the onset.

I will go for Telegram cause it has some good features that whatsapp doesn't have, for example the telegram app can accommodate a larger number of people in a group and you could easily send documents on telegram.

Yes, you are right of what you said, That is why I prefer telegram. Though, WhatsApp is among the best but I still prefer telegram than WhatsApp in terms of Promoting a business to the world because you can create a group by adding different people from different locations in world without having their mobile number, but you can do that on WhatsApp.

But you need to understand that many of the population are most times on whatsapp, many persons have not really gotten glued to telegram, bit majority are always on whatsapp and watching WhatsApp status almost immediately when you post it, so I fee WhatsApp is better
