I use both Apps and I can say they are very good for advertising your business. Based on the option in the question I think I would go for Telegram even if I use WhatsApp more. In my opinion, it is more recommended to use whatsapp in business than telegram. As I noticed, it is more organized to look at whatsapp and look more decent to be really fit in business. The telegram, on the other hand, because it has more users than whatsapp, it seems that anyone can access it even if the purpose is not business related.

I think that telegram is a better app because many features it has that WhatsApp doesn't have. Example is you can search for a particular channel as long as the channel or group is not locked and you can't on WhatsApp.
You can also access previous posts or comments in the group even if you didn't start from the beginning as this would help you keep updated on how it all started. I prefer telegram app to WhatsApp.

From my findings on the capabilities of the telegram app, it is a very formidable app I will like to use and prefer to go with based on the fact that it has a very large base for storing very large volume of group conversations and I also like the interface.

Well , according to my opinion , my vote is to telegram because it has higher security of privacy and many other factors such as phone number , etc are hidden. They help a lot if someone does not want to show his privacy.

They can also remove you from the group before you know it. Everything disappear.
