We're only human and at times we get sick. Or sometimes we just want to get out of the house and can't get online much. Whenever you're going to be away for a number of days, who is in charge? Do you still try your best to sneak in and communicate with members on your community at times? I know when I was sick (I still am just not as bad btw) I just get online maybe once every other day if I'm really sick to let everyone know. My websites aren't too active at the moment, and I do have co admins on a few so they do help keep things running smoothly when I'm away.

My blogs are on auto pilot. I schedule posts in advance and also schedule promotion on social media. They generate traffic and revenue on autopilot. However, my communities are ghost towns. Since they are not generating me money, I don't really bother with them. However, I work as a community manager on a lot of forums and I am helping these forums to get traffic and activities even when the owners are away.

At the moment I currently co-own a forum with my other half and I help with the community on another forum. Due to their being more than one admin on each community, if I ever have to step away at all, I know that either my other half can take over or the owner of the forum I help on as an admin can also take over should that be needed.
