Small business is free of tax

In our country, no business is tax free. However, for small business governments give a lot of benefits such as low cost business loan, heavy discounts in tax etc.

The problem with the small business for the taxation is that the government cannot require small vendors to register their business. The informal business is not a regular business like the vendors are only selling corn when there is a harvest but at other times they do other things for a livelihood.

Yes, small businesses doesn't pay tax, including some medium businesses here in my country. You'll only pay tax when you're running a lucrative business like the company then you'll need to operate with a license from the govt.

Most small business owners pay small amount of tax to either the local government or State government. The only difference in what a big business pay from a small business is that most of the register company here pay their taxes to the federal government while most of the small business pay to either local government or State government of their locality.

Most small business are not even registered in the right, so the government is not even aware of them, not to mention taking of task from them. And many small business dont even make enough profit for you to actually pay tax on

This is the same thing with in my country most of the small businesses and not even registered to start with so there is no way that the government can start them but outside taxing them there are also some levied that the pay which you can call tax.

In my country the only way you are eligible to pay tax in any business you are doing is when your business is renown business organisation, you do not have to pay tax in a small business and the government themselves may not come for that.

This is applicable to home based business where the place of business is not rented. Small items such as food stuff, clothing and personal accessories do not need to register with the government agency because it is considered an informal business - temporary in nature and dealing with small transactions only. This is a good incentive for entrepreneurs who need to gain experience in selling.

This is what it suppose to be for small business but sadly corruption has made it that some of these small business do pay tax for their business while big businesses invade tax

There are many business out there which are small but still pay big tax because of the tax they go for.

Free kea. Not in my country of my country collects tax from everybody and everything if t was even possible they will collect tax from a dog walking on the roadside. In my country, no matter the business that you are involved in you will pay tax one way or the other either to street boys or government

You are very right. In my country government charges all businesses either small scale or big business taxes directly or indirectly which reduces the profits of some small scale businesses.

They're just making things difficult for people, some of the tax personnel will keep on harassing people of money when the government have not make an adequate arrangement for people to pay their tax properly.

Small Businesses in my country is not free from tax, even some provision shops pay one form of revenue or the other. The government will always ensure something is collected.
