Should favoritism be favored for a difficult or sensitive task?

Being qualified to take up a difficult task is a different ball game to being trusted to do that task. If your friends or relatives have your trust for the task, them they are better chosen for such sensitive tasks than just mere knowing the fact that this or that person is qualified for the job.

The best thing to do if you want your business to keep growing is to leave the issue of favouring aside when you are handling a difficult project and allow a capable workers to handle it.
 
There should be a very clear plan of action and in that way you should not be giving out jobs to people based on favoritism but instead based on how experienced people deliver.
Any person or serious business man would always aviod a situation whereby his job will consistently suffer,and one of the ways to aviod this is by putting in competence persons in place where they can deliver.
 
As the owner of the business organisation , favouritism in business can ruin your business entirely , but If you realises that the person you favoured can handle the project perfectly , then you can try guving him or her to prove their worth .
 
It's not going to be an easy decision to make but I'll take the best person for role anyone of that qualifies for the role and successful met the qualifications needed
actually it's not an easy decision and favouritism is not always considered in a very serious or difficult task because those responsible are very aware that there candidate can not be able to perform the task.

Well i think i can get where you are driving to,because there are some very sensitive job that one would want to give to a very trusted person to handle,and that is where one will just have to overlook some certain thing.
 
As a manager or the owner of the company , we always favoured our best workers with a less risk and easy task while we tend to push the difficult task to the workers we don't like .
 
There should be no favouritism when it comes to performing task that will determine the fate of the organization,I agree with you

Any business owner an entrepreneur who encourages favoritism in his business is always going to suffer for it at the end because he is leaving the best hands that are required to take care of a situation for those who don't even know exactly what they are supposed to do because they seem to favour those people.
