Selling Business Idea because of lack of capital and entering into partnership , which is better

most of the time what actually makes people to take loans is lack of actions. It is not bad provided you have proper knowledge and understanding of the business you are doing.

That's true, if that's the only option you have I don't think it's will be a bad thing especially if you know what you are doing, but you have to be very careful with taking loans.

Selling your busines idea is just a one time thing which might make you blame yourself in the future after seeing the business doing well , so i prefer going into a partnership with people who can fund the business.
