Rural urban migration: effects on real Estate

With the complete neglect of the development of the rural areas, why won't there be massive migration to the urban cities? People really are tired of suffering and no one should blame them.

Rural urban migration has its advantages and disadvantages. For real estate it means that investors will be more interested in building residential apartments and acquiring landed properties in the city. It would be more profitable than investing in the rural areas.

Real urban migration has an advantage on a real estate business because most real estate investment are located in urban areas and when people migrate from rural to urban areas makes the urban area more populated and the demand for residential building and real estate properties will be on a high rate.

This migration comes with advantage and disadvantage depending on the one it cause. The advantage is that it help real estate business owner to make more money because of the increase in demand of the land and houses, but it add pressure on the social amenities in the urban areas.

Real estate Business has experienced a tremendous growth over the years that is partly fuelled by rural urban migration. Such movement from rural areas to urban areas paved the way for more development for the urban areas because the new people that are coming in needs accomodations and it's the job of the real estate sector to deliver accommodation for them.
This has led to most rural area dwellers selling their property like land to developers that tends to transform most of these rural areas into urban areas with rapid development.
Nowadays, it's not uncommon to see more than 5 people staying in a room together thereby congesting the room and at large the city.
Rural-urban migration has it's pros and it's cons, we just have to try and reduce it to the barest minimum.

Is a good development for real agent developing rural area to urban area,but I notice most houses in urban area are too costly that's why the area is getting congested now.

This is why it is always adviceable that you should invest in properties in the urban areas as that is where there is more value because of migrations.

I will see rural-urban migration affect real estate positively because real estate and mostly in urban areas and when people migrate from the rural area to Auburn area helps to fill in this real estate building and also improve sales of real estate property.

Exactly, it's simply how life works for people who are not comfortable where they are at the moment, they are most likely to move and see what another location hold for them.

Rural urban migration has great effect in real estate jobs to improve the patronage of real estate in the Urban areas because people migrate from rural to urban areas to source for their livelihood and we do is do we need an accommodation or house to stay.

Houses or estate in rural areas are far or way to expensive which pushes people back to urban settlement because they are kind of cheap and very accommodating

There is definitely a bad effect when an exodus happens like rural folks would flock to the city. The farms are neglected and the city is congested with rural folks who have no jobs. Some of them moved to the city to avoid the rebels or the criminals. Some thought that life in the city is easier so they go there to be beggars. Most of the rural lands are converted into industrial land like factory for cement. If only people will stay where they are then the economy would be stable.

when there is rural-urban migration happens the city will be conjested and you'll found out that in some certain period,there can be shortage of food to meet the demands of the city dwellers,due to lesser hands for food production.

That is the problem that our world is facing today. Overpopulation in the urban areas needs to be addressed. A mayor in our country is building condominiums and townhouses for informal settlers. He would like to follow Singapore that provides housing for all their citizens.

Rural urban migration is an advantage to real estate owners and not a disadvantage because most real estate buildings are in urban areas and people who migrate from rural areas to urban areas and this make the auburn area overpopulated and need for residential buildings
