Sometimes it is due to the pressure of work means I have this thing to be delivered as soon as possible so I make a pressure in working area and then to avoid the work being delivered late.A good manager or boss must not be too strict and also not be too free with the subordinates. He or she must know how to carry a subordinate along and also consider or give them a voice in the company. You shouldn't impose the labels on them due to his position but rather you should carry the subordinate along and look for a way to improve them for better productivity.
