Almost all of the professions are underpaid in my country. People are willing to work for really low salaries because the financial conditions of people is not that good and pandemic just made the things worst.

There is generally underpayment of workers in my country, most professions still engage in protest for price increament but I feel the teachers are generally the most underpaid.

That's very bad if them. How do they expect teachers to teach with their hearts when they're underpaid. My only experience teaching in a school was during youth service.
Well it was a very bad experience for me to be teaching three classes and at the end of the day I was being paid pennies for jobs highly stressful work and when it came to examinations script compilation it was a very big attic work for me but do I pull through and after then I promised myself I never to do teaching work again.

Another occupation I feeling is actually underpaid is actually the federal authorities safety and safety tasks. In Nigeria our team have actually companies like halogen that screens the gas pipe as well as guarantee very little burglary of oil. These individuals function coming from early morning till night as well as the cost of their lifestyles, they their pay out is actually absolutely nothing at all to compose house around. It saddens my center whenever I view all of them since I understand their initiatives are actually underestimated.

Well, the big problem is that I live in a country where there are not many laws regarding employees' rights so employers can choose to pay whatever they want to. This is why almost all the professions are underpaid in my country.

A public school teacher, in my opinion, is the most underpaid occupation. In our country teacher is required to labor overnight merely to study the lessons, develop lesson plans, prepare and check examinations, and do other responsibilities. Not to mention they cross several rivers, and walk kilometres in order to educate the children

I think you are definitely describing my country and my country also doesn't take employees welfare seriously as they believe that there are no jobs so they can afford to be treating their employees wrongly and there will be no consequences for that.

I am not describing your country at all. I am only talking about my own country as of now. In my country, people are being exploited by being offered too low salary. many people still choose to work because of poor financial conditions that induce them to work.

Earning a decent amount of money is very important in boosting one's morale to put in more effort in their work. However, we realize there are professions that are highly underpaid when you compare with the amount of effort they are putting in.
In my country, teachers are under paid. They work hard but their payment is nothing to write home about. This has led to a situation where less youths are looking up to becoming teachers in the future.
What profession is the most underpaid in your country?
Because of the pandemic, I believe it's the health workers that are underpaid. In our country, health workers are planning mass resignation because of lack of financial support.

I personally believe that maintenance workers are actually amongst the most underpaid because they perform an integral role in ensuring that everything is operating at the necessary level in terms of mechanical structure and as a result this is very important and they are not generally compensated as much.

Many people I know that engage in teaching jobs are complaining seriously and to add to injury, they don't get food treatment from their employers. It's just few private schools and federal government colleges that pay well.

There are many underpaid profession more especially in developing countries and this include teachers, tailors, shoemakers and shoeshine and many more that i can list.

Like you said , almost all the proffesion in my countries are underpaid and its only the politicians that are doing nothing but are getting loads of salary at the end of the month.

Teachers are the number one underpaid people in my country - especially those in private establishments. Next to them I think are nurses, doctors take all the glory there.
Honestly, a whole of private workers are not paid well enough

I do not see the need for teachers to work for some of these private school because they are not worth the time and the stress, at the end of the month they will just pay you a little amount of money m

When did private schools that I know we're not paying well as far as I'm concerned because I've worked with them for quite some time now and in my time of working with them I was being paid pennies and so from then I've come to discover that almost all teaching professions in the country are not being regarded and treated fairly.

I am sure that the situation of Tier 3 countries will remain the same until or unless the public does something. Tier 3 countries need a leader that can promote business and employment in the country. Unfortunately, it does not seem that this will happen any sooner.

Those who are underpaid amongst those with certificate are teachers. Teachers are at lowest rung of the ladder in terms of renumeration in my country.

Most underpaid professional job in my country is teaching. Teachers are not well paid as people do not see the profession as a serious one the reason their salary is poor.
