Of course there are many challenges that come with managing a business from another country. For one thing, you are not physically there to monitor it. And if the employees are not trustworthy, they might not be truthful with the profits. That is one challenge.

There are definitely some challenges, but that can be resolved if you hire a trusted person to oversee the business. The person can update you on new developments and keep you informed. Note that I said "a trusted person" because you shouldn't hand over management of your business to a person you can't trust.

Yes its a great challenge for you if you are not there physically then there will be alot of problem .if you want to handle all the matters you should go there personally and take care of everything ,otherwise your uncle will not get profit.

Managing a business from another country isn't that good because most people always charge of the business tends to mismanage geg resources left with them which can even cause trust breach so as far as am concerned if you don't want to lose your money it's better you start a business that you can manage yourself wherever you are in the workt.

It shouldn't be a challenge to him. He should try to find a competent and loyal school proprietor to manage the school for him. The proprietor will be in charge of hiring teachers and other workers and managing the school. He'll be giving an account monthly to your uncle. Whenever your uncle comes back,he can visit the school from time to time.

Although success can be achieved through this way of management too but no management, especially a business that requires direct daily or frequent supervision can be done from afar. Except you have someone who is trusted and well equipped and learned to run the business successfully the way you'd want it, but trust me even if it's one's own child, he/she cannot do the job or your job the way you'd want it to be. You will need to make communications frequently to the workers to ensure proper compliance to company policies and laws and also show case great skills to keep it running.

Managing a business from another country is difficult and it will carry some risk. Your first priority should be finding a good manager, someone you trust to keep an eye on your business. This is because most business owners who have business in another country often deal with workers who rip them off because the business owner is far away.

Seems like you didn't get me right, I have something of my own in that I do which does not actually have anything to do with my uncle's business but sometimes I pass his school and think there must be so much challenges involved in running a business in absentia.
So, my question is, what might those challenges be?

Managing a business from another country has challenges, you might not able to impose your ideals because you are not physically present and anything you know about the business is what you are been told by those present, it is kind of risky, if the person physically in charge is not a trustworthy and competent person, the business might fail.

Managing business or businesses from another country is quite a risky venture if one has unfaithful subordinates. When your subordinates are faithful and trustworthy with their reports of the business activities, then one is safe in such businesses.

Managing a business from another country is not an easy task . Because you are not physically monitor it .So its just a great challenge to manage. School takes time to run. It needs physical access. If there are problems in business you can handle it . But if you are not there to solve then its a very difficult.

Managing business business from another from another country Has some great challenges because the business that u can not physically present on it may not be straight forward to u because this season we are this time around people that handle business for us ,they are not trustworthy because most of will want to gain more profit than the owner of the business .that one will even give them more chance that you are not in their present it encouraged them to any how they like .To my own ideal business that you will not be present in is too good .

Yes, there are many challenges with managing a business from abroad, one of which is your absence from which you wouldn't be able to monitor what is actually going on in the organization or business, you would only be aware of what you are told.

There are many challenges managing a business in another country, even the one you are presently with your business it's still difficult to manage not to talk of another country, the best way is to employ someone whom you trust to manage such business or businesses over in another country that way your mind will be at rest alittle and you won't worry much about your business running down. My advice is its best to put one's family member over there if you can't be there to help manage the business for you and it should either be a blood sister or brother or trust worthy friends that way it's better.
