He has people he knows (investors) who helped start it. It was a process but when you know what you are doing, you are able to do it. A lot of companies have warehouses in the US where the business owner him or herself lives in a different country.
Probably, it will take some time before it will come into fruition. I also have a dream of starting a business in the US. Having trusted investors is the first step.

My uncle who stays abroad owns a school in the country, so that got me wondering managing such businesses from far away there must be challenges attached to it.
What are such challenges?
The challenges include:
1. Language barriers: If the business is conducted in a language that is not the local language, there will be a significant communication barrier between the local employees and management. This can lead to misunderstandings and frustration on both sides.

2. Cultural differences: There are likely to be vast cultural differences between the home country of the business and the country where it is conducting business. These can cause confusion and conflict, as each side may have different expectations and ways of doing things.

3. Legal and regulatory differences: The legal and regulatory environment in another country can be very different from what a business is used to. This can cause problems with compliance and add an extra layer of complexity to running the business.

4. Infrastructure limitations: the infrastructure in another country may not be able to support the needs of the business. This could include a lack of adequate telecommunications, transportation, or energy infrastructure.

5. Limited resources: Resources such as capital, human resources, and technology may be more limited in another country than in the home country of the business. This can make it difficult to expand or grow a business in that market.

of course before you set up a business in a foreign country you must make sure you have proper understanding of their language. Cultural differences is inevitable when you go to a new country.

It made a big difference for sure. Starting just on your own takes a lot of time and money, especially if you are new to businesses here.

Before starting a business in a foreign you actually need to study the system and get used to some cultural differences. That will probably take a lot of time and money.

Yes this is very true. You must take some time to analyze the business environment of that country and the possible challenges your proposed business is likely to face.

Managing the business is always hard because you may need to conduct business while you are not present there. Having said that, I think that internet has made it pretty easy to conduct business from other countries.

this is why it is important for you to visit the country in which you want to set up your business on because from there you can get acquainted to the cultural differences and some other things.

You can successfully manage a business from another country but you have to come down to that particular country to set up the business and know everything about it before you start controlling it from another country.

That's right. it is important to come to that particular country and study their environment and some certain conditions before you set up a business. From there you can employ people in that particular country who will help you to be running it and you can stay in your country and be making some profit.

It might not be possible to manage a business from a remote location if the business is offline. You might be able to communicate with your staff remotely but you cannot do anything regarding business management. However, if you are running an online business and if your business is based on print and demand or dropshipping model, or even digital products and services, you can manage it from any where.

There should be some kind of communication channel when it comes to working with a remote team. This may include being in touch with the team through the internet. In the olden days, there used to be many companies that used to interact with their employees who used to work in remote locations. They used emails and radio. Now things are different.
