I am of the opinion that if a business manager is lazy then the whole staff Will be lazy as well z because the management have a greater impact on the turn out of the business, if the business will experience rapid growth, then the management must be coordinated.
Or did you think a lazy Manager cannot affect the organization???

Yes you are very right. If a manager is lazy the employees will feel reluctant to do work as they will use that as a liverage to misbehave. Although some employees are the type to work smart no matter the situation so there may still be a little dicipline left in the organization
 
A good manager knows her options when it comes to a lazy employee and is prepared to exercise the option that is in the best interest of the company. Get together with the human resources department and discuss your lazy employee to find out what company policies would apply. Document the employee's acts of insubordination in accordance with company guidelines to be used if termination is necessary.
 
This is just like if the head is sick, the whole body will be sick. If the manager is lazy, then the whole company is lazy. This will affect every bit of the processes in the company. From processing to production and to sale, everything will be dull. And the company success will be retrogressive.
 
Instead of pitching in themselves, a lazy manager assigns their duties to their subordinates. This can cause overworked and under-appreciated workers to have low morale. The entire department's productivity plummets before you know it, and workers start leaving.
 
The performance of a business manager has an effect on the employee and the business as a whole,the business manager has to set example for orhers to follow,if he/she is lazy,it will reflect in the outcome of the business.
 
Yeah , you are correct , the manager will affect the whole staff as there are three levels of business parts , Owner , manager and Staff. The Owner only collect profits but the real work is done by the staff which are boosted up by the manager only.

Lazy manager,lazy employees,slow production..
If the manager is lazy,your business will not only be stagnant,but gets a bad image..To avoid that from happening,I will advise a competent manager who's hardworking be employed to lazy manager...Business is to make profit not otherwise..
 
As for me yes you are right because when the manager is lazy forget any other things again, from the staffs to any living things in the company will be lazy also the products also going to be lazy, and it's really going to affect the company seriously without anything can be done and if care is not taken that's how the company going to be lazy and collapse lazy too
 
I totally agree with you, I can say that I have had several managers offline, and I can affirm that the personnel in their charge usually keep pace with their immediate boss. When there is no constant activity and supervision, the staff also neglect their functions and the activities do not prosper as they should.
 
Poor management is one of the main challenges in society that stifles innovation and leadership.In reality.
You can either bury yourself in complaints, keep your head down and do the work, or rise above your complaints.
 
If the head is weak, what can the tail do?. Lazy Managers dampen the morale of their subordinates. The attitude of lazy managers towards a business can severely affect the growth of the business making it stunted. It pertinent for business owners to thoroughly screen their managers before employing them.
 
Bad bosses don't listen, which goes hand in hand with being bad communicators. Worse, they do not even care to listen. Whatever you say, bad bosses hear what they want to hear. In addition, they interrupt constantly, and they are never fully present during interactions with employees.
 
A lazy manager is bad for business. A business cannot work without a manager with excellent managerial skills to pilot the day to day running of the business. Lazy managers should be kept as far away from the business as possible.
 
A lazy manager will definitely affect the work efficiency of a company. If a manager is lazy the workflow will be very slow and the staff will contribute little to nothing to improve the company since the manager who is supposed to lead by example is lazy.
 
A leader or manager is a mirror or example to his subordinates so if he is lazy or complacent in his or her duties it would automatically rub off on others working under him and such a person should be fired or sack cause he or she has a major influence on people working under his leadership
