It is interesting to note that most of the low quality advertising networks, low paying ad networks, and pop up/pop under ad networks have very low payment thresholds. For instance I once used Propeller ads and Pop up ads dot net, and they had just $5 payment threshold. Can you actually find good ad networks with low payment thresholds. Are there any high paying ad networks with smaller payment threshold, like $5-$10?
