I think these are some basic questions except the first question. I do not think that our customers will disclose any kind of information related to profits that he or she generates from our products. They may buy products at the rate of $1,000 and sell them off at $2,000 without disclosing anything to us.
 
Asking them questions is good and asking about them should be the first thing and there family and laugh little with them because there are some craze customers that doesn't even care or friendly at all, you can also ask where have you been or why we haven't been coming for some time, like Is it because the children as resume that's why we haven't able to see you around? It's lovely

That's true. But the it's seems like you don't understand the point I'm trying to make. I want to say is most customers don't know wants to give feedback on a product even if the product meets there expectations. What do you think?
