Your customers are going to feel more connected to you if you can be able to ask them some little questions about your business and also ask for their feedback from time to time.

There are many ways in which you can get to know your customer better , you fist need to study them to know the type of behaviour they have , you need to ask I they likes your services and more.

I don't think it is necessary for you to bother customers by asking questions . you just have to really understand what they need and their demands because that is all what you need to know as a business owner. Some of them may not likely answer most questions.

Asking your customers questions is one of the best ways in which you can know more about them. you need to ask them their names, location and a lot of things and they will even be much more interested in your business.

Actually these are quite important questions to ask your customers and from there response you can be able to know how good you are serving them and prefer better ways of solving there problems.

These questions should always come in while having informal discussions with the customers especially when they are in a happy mood. They would be more open to giving you feedback about your business then.

The way you render your services most of the time goes a long way in attracting customers , and with that they can also bring their family and friends to be patronising you .

This is quite the truth. Giving customers the best quality of service will always make them feel special and they won't hesitate to give referrals about your business to others.

Being extra nice to customers always make them feel important when they are with you even when they are buying the chepeast thing from your store , always make them feel important.

Getting feedback from the customers is important for business growth. Asking questions from customers help to understand what they really need. Alot of business trivialized customers feedback. Research even show that some business don't even read the customers review. I quite agree with questions you stated above.

It will actually be a way of knowing and identifying your client. The only challenge is their willingness to share most of these information with you as some of them may consider it to be private and confidential.

That's sure. Normally as a business owner you are not actually the one to handle these responsibilities but will depend on people you are employing into every position of your business.

If you want your business to keep expanding and progressing , you must know mostly every thing about your customer , most especially what they like and what they don't want .

In order to fully satisfy our customers with our products, we only have to know them more than we do. In that way, we can address easily the things that we lack from our product and may somehow give us the idea how to innovate our products based on their demands. Just ask them these following questions and may serve also as their feedbacks to us.

1. What's the key profit from our product/service that you get?

It is helpful to concentrate your attention and resources by asking your clients to state the key advantage you give them. Say you're an elevated street gym. You will want to know which of your sales points are the most important to your clients. Here, you might use a closed-ended question, offering a choice of items such as location, exercise classes, personal training, exercise equipment or the availability of other branches of the gym.

2. Which part of our product/service makes you happy?

It is slightly different from talking about the key value you bring to asking customers what you do or sell that makes them happy. Let's use the example of the gym again. Place may be seen by consumers as your key advantage. But something completely different may be what makes them happy. Perhaps it is that they are welcomed with a smile by the workers and know them by name.

3. What are the major product/service problems?

Your customers might have a few different gripes and grumbles, and it's important that you listen. Don't miss the chance to ask customer feedback questions about places where you're not delivering, and that are important to your customers. Providing a variety of choices for them to choose from is probably a smart idea.

I am pretty sure that you will know more your customers by asking these questions and I do hope you get my point. If you have any feedbacks about this, please feel free to comment.
These are very good questions to ask your customers, because it will not be good to use assumption to prempt what the customers would want. They need to state the things that gives them joy as well as areas that needs improvement.

It is one of the major reasons why some companies conduct online surveys. they use that opportunity to know what their customers wants and try as much as possible to upgrade in order to meet their tastes.

you can also ask where have you been or why we haven't been coming for some time, like Is it because the children as resume that's why we haven't able to see you around? It's lovely

You don't really need to ask your customers questions, if you know what they like you can use that as an ice breaker to get what you want, that's just it.

I quite agree with the 3 questions. They are important questions to ask if you really priortise the welfare of your customers. Some business owners erroneously believe that their product are good since their customers did not talk. So, as a business owner that value the customers you should always meet you customers at least once in 6 months to ask your those 3 questions.
