Know the Difference between Investment and Business

One of the major differences between investment and business is that business involves using human resource to work to make money but investment is using money to work for you
That's a very clear explanation. Investment does not involve you being active physically as your money will do everything for you, But business will needs physical involvement.

As for me I think a business is the process of buying and selling of goods and services in the purpose of making a profit while an investment is the process of buying or purchasing of a good or service with the aim of making a profit after a period of time after selling the services or the commodity.

Many people seem to confuse both terms and use them interchangeably, but the two are different. Also, business requires constant attention whereas investment does not require constant attention

Yes as long as you were able to invest rightfully then you may not really have to pay attention including those that are investing in the real estate like the lands and housing. That is less stressful than even starting a business.

Investment is when you put your money into a business and allow your money to work for you while you do nothing , but in business , you go out there , meet customers and client , but and sells in order to make money .

Investment is the money you gave out for sometime with the intention of getting profit after sometimes, while business deals with exchange, investment is good compared with bussiness
Well it depends on the contex we are looking at it from, they both mean the same, they are something you engage in that will bring in profit, sometimes investment you might not be there while the business is running,it all depends.

Investment is a money scheme business that a person entered into to bring in money, whereas business is the establishment of an individual enterprise or government enterprise to make profit. There is a clear distinction between these two types of ventures.

Investment and business are closely related because if you invest in a job, you can do business. How can you operate in business if you lack investment? Any firm need investment to operate. It will be simpler to group the business if you have read about how much investment you have with the investment and how much money you have.

The need to invest money in anticipation of future gain or benefit is a similar requirement for both businesses and investments. However, the main distinction is that in business, you actively participate in management, whereas in investments, your role is more passive.

Honestly, I think there's no much difference between the two because anything you put your capital into with the hope of making money from it is called investment. And so, business is also a form of investment.

There's no much difference between investment and business , with investment , you just need to put your money while your money works for you and you won't Move a finger but with business , you need to run around and meet people , or buy and sell goods .

I take investment as any venture where you put in money to make more money, but it must not necessarily be monitored by you, which is something that a business needs.

One perfect similarities is that both of them will always try to generate profit at the end . In terms of differences business is something that will likely involve a continuous management process , but investment may be something you wouldn't have to manage all the time.

You're right about that. While investing, you can either invest in your own project or in another person's project. You wouldn't need to do any work to earn from investing in other people's project but you will need to strive to succeed when you invest in your project.

Business needs alot of things out in place before one would start to profit from it. Unlike Investment where there is little to no logistics that are done so that the rewards will come.

investment is a passive way of earning when you put your money somewhere to work for you, while a business needs your active participation, your time, dedication, skill, resources and energy to maintain and grow into something big and profitable over time

Investing often entails putting money into a business or asset with the hope of earning a profit. This return could come in the form of dividends, interest payments, or capital growth. Companies, on the other hand, involve a greater degree of active participation in management and operations with the aim of earning profits.

Business involve you Dealing with product or services. It could involve manufacturing of product, distribution or retailing of products or services directly by a person to generate profit.
But investment is not the same , it is an indirect way of earning profit through partnership agreement between a person or organisation to invest money without having to be a direct worker. Both of those ways can generate reasonable profit when done wisely.

From your definitions, investment doesn't involve you having to actively work out products and services to sell. A business on the other hand involves you being actively involved in production of goods and services. Investment is like letting just your money work for you.

The money put into starting and running a business is an investment. Entrepreneurship is one of the toughest investment to make because it requires more than just money. Consequently, it is an ownership investment with extremely large potential returns.

It is actually very clear to understand that businesses is something that you will run by yourself personally on daily basis before you will be able to make profit for the business which is not the same thing with investment.
