The only way that you can support an incompetent manager is by actually giving him a probation for him to work so that you can see what is capable of doing for your business.

Lolz,I think this is one of the best way we can understand the type of people we are employing into our business organisation,if they cannot do it then obviously they are not capable of handling the management position.
