It is very very very very easy to spot an incompetent manager I mean I will be written in their body language,the way they will attend to you and your needs and the way they will answer you . They are always slow for some reason and always complaining and always sending.
I feel your point, the recruitment process should be trained on how to scrutinize Incompetent components such as lazy managers or staff and if they do enterYes it is, even right at the interview you should be able to spot an incompetent employee, when a manager fails to move the business forward he has failed . You'll notice signs that will show you that your staff is incompetent.
