Is it better to build properties or just acquire already built ones?

Well it just depends on the amount I have, when I have enough money I will buy an already built house but when I don't have enough money I will learn to build my house from the scratch
But I think building your own house from the scratch is more cheaper and you're the one to decide where and how the house will look like.

I believe that it is better to build your own houses yourselves than acquire an already built one. That's true and that's also my goal, for me it doesn't matter if i will buy a already built house or not as long as it's mine and nobody will make me leave that's enough for me. That's why im doing my best and working hard every day for that goal.

I prefer building a property than acquire an already built one. When you build your own property by yourself, you will have a full control over the structure and the financial requirements of the building. Acquiring a ready built property cannot give you such opportunity.
