Workplace Romance may lead to favoritism, sexual harassment and hostile work environment. Workplace Romance may bring ethical issues at work, towards the employees and company's performance and productivity. Organization may set consequences for engaging in workplace romances, which can lead to termination. So I don't think it is a wise thing to have personal or romantic relationship with your employees, it leads to several scandals in most cases. You should just maintain a healthy working relationship with your employees.

Well it’s good to have a good relationship with your employees but is it advisable to share personal life with your employees? I beleive home and office are two different worlds and home relationship should stay at home while office relationship should at the office
