Yes, I think you can buy domains on other platforms and when the website grows you can sell it on flippa. Someone has actually told me something related to this but I was not serious about it. It is lucrative but you must put in a lot of work to grow the website.

Honestly, it is not something you should depend on because it does not happen every time. Domain flipping generally is challenging but if you're consistent enough you can succeed.
