Building a great team is the dream of every management but it comes with a cost.

I’m not saying you should overpay. To have a great team the management must be generous. Generosity, combined with a reputation for fairness along with exciting work is a winning formula to build a great team.

Is it wise for the management to overpay staff members?

I don't see any reason why management of a company need to over pay their employees so as to have a great team. Having a great team depends on the coordination level adopted by human resource management of the company. That is my opinion on this.
 
To build a great team, you need reliable people. They must be hardworking and trustworthy. The team must share like goals and objectives.
 
the first step for you to go about it is for you to have a good trusted members because trust is one of the things that you will need if you need to build up a great team of people that have the same vision and goal like you. and tell them the importance of what you are doing
 
To build a great team you have to set some specific goals for the team to achieve and you have to add members to your team carefully and you should always you guys should always take each other opinion seriously
 
Having a great team will determine how generous you are and how you are able to lead with example not commanding here and there. Having a great team also determine the excitement you create while working. A great team is very important which can help the business to grow faster.
 
The best way to build a great team is to gather or employ people of similar interest and vision for a business or project. Once they have common goal, then it would be easier for them to be united and work together. A great team would strive to achieve the ambitions even if one person happens to be down.
 
They has to be trust amongst the team for a good team to be made, there has to be cooperation,they have to have the same mindset, the same aim and the same goal, they have to work together with no form of distrust and hatred. They have to be effective and efficient.
 
Building a great team doesn't necessarily involves paying your stuff very well although it is part of it but it does not necessarily mean that,the best way that I know to build a great team is to source for competent employees that would work together for a very long time. It is after they have worked together and they are so used to themselves and understand themselves, that is when they will become a great team.
 
It is a long time work before having a great team. Many text and examination must have been done to select qualified team which were suitable for the type of roles been prepare for them to participate in as a qualified selected team.

If you want to build a great. You don't have to be too generous, I believe that being generous will make your team take you for granted. The team needs to be competent and earn what they deserve, there should not be free money given to them.
 
Building a great team in an organization there days is very rear. If you build a team to some strong extent you start hearing some of the team members trying to leave the company and set up their own business after getting some experience with your own job
 
Recruiting is very necessary whilst building a team. There's an old saying that team work helps the dream work. Hence getting the right people with the technical knowhow cannot be underestimated.
Building a team is integral for full and proficient progress.
 
Overpaying employees wouldn't turn them into a great team overnight. Only reward competent and hard-working employees and watch them increase productivity. If you keep overpaying, you will only have those who just want to come in for the benefit only.

To build a great team is not an easy task. The bigger task lies on the hand of the management. The management needs to build up what is called mutual respect and trust. Also there should be disipany. Leading by example, should not show others that she has a favorite worker. There should be complete love and unison.
