Customers as we all know are the ones that enable transactions of buying and selling effective, without them nothing can be made. They are so retaining them is very important, good interaction with them is also very necessary.

The following things can help you retain your customers:
1. Having a good customer service / support. If you piss off your customers they will not want to patronize you again.
2. Ensuring that your product or service quality is satisfactory.
3. Rewarding loyal customers and offering discounts occasionally.
 
There are many strategies when it comes to keeping and retaining customers. First you must not be greedy, you must be ready to make some sacrifices sometimes. Artisans must not charge their customers always for services.
 
To retain customers in business depends on the management of the business for you to retain a customer you must be able to offer customers what they want in term of quality products, good customer relationship, and charging a moderate price on the products offer to customers and effective communication with customers. I think the best way to reatain your customers and keep them coming back to your business location for their business transactions is to offer a good customer service combines with selling the best product for the best possible price and offering incentives and discounts from time to time.
 
In order to retain a customer by your behaviours to them , the way you behave and appreciate your customer is very important, be quick to resolve issue with them when you have a misunderstanding, always keep in touch with them, rewards their loyalty by giving them gifts at the end of the year, and always say thank you for their patronage every time.

I think we should consider keeping customers by treating them well
Poor attendance can make you loose many of your customers and never having a chance of gaining them back. Lets be sincere work then.
 
Making customers is is one thing, but retaining them is a different thing entirely. Many are very good at making customers, but never played a good role in retaining them. You as a business person, what are the things you can do so as to get your customers to come back time and time again? Do you give great service? Are you quick to resolve issues? Do you keep in touch with them?
Keeping the issue solve with anyone customer so they are satisfied but not so to the fullest of its like even the protocol has not to follow. In any business customer is always right but just in the right place if there's a small cases about if can remedy immediately that the appropriate thing to do.
