How do you deal with rude customers?

Always be courteous...it's just like an air hostess asking how to deal with rude passenger she still have to be courteous knowing they are not going to leave inside plane at one point the dembrack from the plane and might not see again so just be patience....silence is golden moreover but if the rudeness can not be by pass don't hesitate to tell them to go....good people are gonna come....

Literally facing rude costumer is such a tough task .
We didn't know that for what his behaviour is rude and why is not behaving like real human .
We should stay cool and calm instead going hyper .this is the way of having good contact with the bad and rude attitude customers.if we misbehave more so they are going to make more difficulties and trouble for more customers so we need to have patience in your life for holding our business
 
First of all, I will respect them and try to complete the deal without any problems I will try to complete. And if they show more insanity, I'll show them the door

Also, don't come off as desperate, act as if you are not that bothered if they patronise you or not. If some still persist after this, then show them the door and tell them never to return. You have the right to refuse service.
 
For those who says he should tolerate the rude customers behavior, remember that there is something called self-esteem. You can't allow customers to treat you anyhow. Sometimes put them in their place and let them know you are not a pushover.

You must always be kind whether the costumer is right or wrong, because there is a popular say that costumers are always right, so you must treat them right no matter the circumstances.
 
You need to stay calm and be of good cheer. Most customers will provoke you but your manner of approach will show how mature you are. You don’t need to take everything they say to heart after all you’re the one selling.
