How do you deal with rude customers?

From experience, Whenever the customer displays his anger or rudeness, do not interrupt him, you may have to listen carefully because he is most likely complaining about a product or service, stay calm and let him understand that you are ready to work with him to make sure all issues are sorted. Your aim is to put a smile on his face and retain him as a loyal customer.

In business you have to be very calm and be careful how you deal with your customers cause adage once customers are always right. The attitude you gives your customer that's what will makes them patronize you next time and makes referral to you. So, whatever your customers says to you, you shouldn't react upon it and learn how to say sorry when you are wrong.
 
When I had my boutique that I was personally managing I would dress up decently and I would welcome a potential buyer like a guest. As part of my salesmanship learning I have to establish rapport immediately so that the guest would act like a guest. However, I know that there are those naturally rude and arrogant people. In such cases I let them know with subtle moves or talks that I am the owner and that I can treat them well if they behave. Just try to ignore their rude remarks, I believe with time they will change when they see that it doesn't get to you.

It is always very awkward feeling for me to deal with such type of rude customers, but I do this with kind heart. Because it is necessary for business growth. if you become rude with rude customer they will never come back, so treat them with love and respect they will be impressed by your behaviour

In new business ..many of the customers come in it ..some of them are kind and polite and some are rude and bad...So its the right of the business man to deal with such peoples same as they deal with the kind people...because a business runs with more customers..If more customers than more profit..So deal with rude customer very polite and offer them friendship.
 
Some customers lack manners, they can talk without examining the implications. They want to draw your axe out, you should just be calm and slow to anger when dealing with this kind of customers. They want to label you as a bad person, so others outside will note you as a bad person too. And bring downfall to your business, because they make others not to buy from you too.
