I think if you run a company whereby the jobs carried out by specific employees is only temporary, they should be aware of this and instead of hiring them as a full staff, you hire them as contract workers. Though in some cases it might not actually be planned for, maybe in cases whereby the company had to change location is either they make provisions for accomodations for the workers or they are being compensated.
