How can we avoid Redundancy in organization?

Those cases are very common in most companies. I think the best way to prevent it is through specifying take tasks for each worker. Then also ensuring that they are equipped regularly with needed skills. Also, treat your employees well so that they don't quit working for you.

Redundancy in any organization is when the company is not meeting their target in their business, and is very bad it can kill the company when them are not meeting their target.

I believe the employees have a great effect in happenings like this too and it only make sense for the management to make sure they regulate the activities of these employees too.
 
It is important to make sure your business is having a direct focus, such that you do not get to employ people whose services are not needed for a very long time. To avoid this, you should get contract staff members and make an agreement so that after the time reaches, they would leave the organization.

This would really be very difficult to avoid , in most cases the reason why some services or products are no longer needed by the business is as a result of new technologies and innovations circulating around the market. You can't possibly escape it all. You must adapt to the modern change in science and technology as a business owner

well there will always come a time when the services of certain group of persons would be suuplus to requirement that calls for them to be under redundancy,bu ways to mitigate these is to outrightly give such task as a contract.because they will know that after that job,all is over.
 
I don't think there is a way to completely avoid this . Some people in most business can be hired as contract staff for a certain period of time. In most cases if there is no way to avoid this then those people should be absorbed into another areas of the organisation.

I think the business/company should be objective enough to avoid such situations. These shows a poorly planned framework or bad management in the organisation. To ensure maximum productivity every area has to work at maximum efficiency towards productivity, should there be a section that doesn't contribute to the overall productivity of company, then should be cut off to save funds and increase efficiency.
Then if such approach is applied then it will be total laid off on the part of management,redundancy inmost cases,means that they will still be paying the employee,to reduce this competent personel need to be put into position of responsibility.

To avoid a redundancy scenario in a firm, corporate management must remain aware of what tasks are essential and what isn't required necessary to perform before assigning individuals to duties.
 
Division of labor are necessary to prevent redundancy. Any employee whose position or duty is no longer necessary or relevant will therefore be quickly identified and fired or given another assignment. Or, there ought to be a labor shortage.
