How can an employee handle an abusive employer

In this part of the world, majorly in the office section, we've seen and heard some employer getting aggressive on their employees. So how can an employee tackle and curtail such case without getting sacked
As far as work abuse goes, I can easily have it cool and take anything you throw at me as long as you are paying me when due but if you ain't paying me when you're supposed, it's going to be war for both of us.

On the other hand, I will never agree to sexual abuse.

If it has becomes norms of an employer to abusive, it wouldn't be new to the employee again, the only way to avoid misunderstanding is to keeps calm whenever he is being angered

Normally, a so called boss is not supposed to abuse his or workers or talk to them any how, but it is rather unfortunate that it still happening today. At times reporting the boss may do you more harm than good and that may cause the said worker to still continue working there.

In most cases, these employers get aggressive when they are angered. The employer in such a situation should meet with the employer after his or her anger has died out and speak politely concerning showing disregard about the act. I believe if the employer is spoken to in a polite manner, getting sacked would not be a thing to worry about.

It is best to remain calm when such an employer is infuriated. Afterwards, a polite dialogue would help straighten things out.
Personally, if I find myself in such boots, it won't take me long to quit.

Some bosses treat their employees as if they are God because they believe they are the ones who are helping them, not realizing that they are both helping one other. Employees should just keep their cool and put up with them until they find another employment.

In this part of the world, employers finds it interesting abusing their employees and it's heartbreaking. We'll, if I work for such an abusive employer and feel hevor she is overstepping his boundary , I'll confront the employer. If the abuse persists, I'll leave the job

well in that case your manner of speaking and approach matter because I soft answer turneth away wrath but the griveious stire up anger your manner of approach matters.

Any body who tends to be abusive in any organization should be disciplined and if caution yet,he or she refuses to behave normal then the person should be sacked

This is a very sensitive issue and it requires an employee to be careful. I would advise the employee to continue to be diligent and hard-working despite the uncomfortable scenarios and also try to avoid things that will get his boss angry.

Since the inflation rate is insanely high in my country, many people have no other option but to rely on the current job they have and they have no other option but to choose to work for such kind of employers. Unfortunately, there are no laws in my country that protect the rights of employees and this is why employers abuse their employees.

The best way to handle abusive employer is to following rule and regulations of the company.employers like employee that render himself useless.

I cannot handle it in any other way other than quitting the business because generally I cannot withstand an abusive individual or employers, most people can withstand but definitely I am not one of them.

What about in a situation whereby the abusive one is your boss or manager? What would you do in such a situation or what do you think can be done by the employees?

It depends on the type of abuse,if its abusive word for no just course and has nothing to do with your performance or an act of negligence, then you can have a private discusion with him,and explain how his attitude is affecting your work, then you watch and see if there wil be an improvement,it it does'nt and you think you can handle it then fine, else it time to tke a leave.

You are right.
The best to do is maintain your calm in such a situation.
If it is something you cannot handle, you can quit, a toxic work environment does no good.

An employee can avoid an abusive employer by not doing anything that may warrants the employer from abusing him/her. Though what the employer is doing is totally wrong, the employee must endure if he wants to continue working there.

I believe that it is best that the two parties it down and discuss because the employer might not even know that he is causing that much damage. This is definitely going to iron out a lot of things

Any employee that has an abusive boss should firstly decide whether to stay or leave. No level of abuse, big or small can be justified but some are part of experience. Most bosses are not abusive, they are just strict and won't condone laziness, they want their workers to give their best at whatever they do.

Well, I have met several bosses as I was seeking employment in the start of the year 2021. Most of the bosses I met never seemed abusive, but I have indeed met one man who was looking down upon me in the interview. It is better to avoid such workplaces.

The best way to handle an abusive boss is to leave the work, and look for a better job, but sometimes if you want to save money you can stay for few months before you leave.
