How can an employee handle an abusive employer

The only way an employee can handle an abusive employer is to look for another job opportunity , quit the job where he or she is being abused , then sue the owner which is the abuser .
Sometimes , most employers does not give you the chance to move closer to them , they dont give chance for proper employee relationships between the boss and the workers , so its always hard to meet and talk to them amicably when things go wrong .

If they are not satisfied based on what you have to offer then it is high time you start looking for another way of getting employment. You cannot change most of these people.

Sometimes these are the crosses we carry before we finally find a way of quiting and establishing our own business. You could Chanel that frustration into creating a good business .

In this part of the world, majorly in the office section, we've seen and heard some employer getting aggressive on their employees. So how can an employee tackle and curtail such case without getting sacked
This is the biggest problem with doing offline jobs, there should be always someone who controls you and make time limitations for you and every time that he wants fire you.

simply fire such an employee, you should not manage him or her, else they will constitute nuisance and eventually do more harm than good, you need to have a sane and friendly work environment and not create enmity amongst your employees

We really have to be very careful in situations like this . I cannot withstand an employees that is not valuing all the service I am rendering.
Some of them just believe that since they are the owner of a particular organisation that they have the right to treat people as they like which is not supposed to be so.
