It is the same work abuse we are talking about. That is why most people strive to be business owners and entrepreneurs. Most employees these days just take advantage of the fact that there are little or no jobs to abuse the workers that they have. Develop yourself, look for a passion and start a business.

Yes. They face belittlement, insults, humiliation, frustration and so on and so forth. When you meet with people like this don't turn blind eyes on them try to help on one way or the other. By so doing, you are creating a job opportunity for them

It's what we are facing in my country, that's when the labour force outpowers the labour market. Now employers can be cunny as they tend to exploit this opportunity.
First of, the salary won't be of the level of the services rendered and in some cases then employee tend to met their salaries slashed because they didn't meet to the monthly target.
 
Working under someone has been a bad experience I never wish to happen again you work all days, weeks and even on weekends salary is nothing to right home about, some bosses use you like a machine, they never care of who you are how you are feeling, some even insult, harras their employees, they do not have human feelings at all.

But definitely, not all must but work under people, if we all work for our selves, who will work for us? I think the best way is adress the employees who are here with us to treat the employees like they are humans too.

They face difficulties in securing a job, in a country where the population is more than the resources and employment opportunities, it will be difficult for employees to get employed, they'll face competitions, humiliations and frustrations
 
I have seen it and I have also lived it. It is not easy at all to seek employment in companies and feel displaced and ignored in human resources departments. Many times without having another option due to the lack of jobs in other companies. But currently I start from the idea that we are all human beings and there are legal protections that support and protect us in case of abuse from superiors.
 
Being under a paid employment can be tasking when you have to do jobs meant for more than one persons.
And when you don't realy have that extraordinary skill critical to their business,then you will be treated like there are many options if you don't want to work.
 
Being an entrepreneur is the best one could be.. It is far better than being an employee. All because you have your time for yourself. You at your own boss and no one decides for you. So it is better to look into that because even there are limited good job opportunities out there. So if one starts a business of his own, with time, you'll make I big

Most at times at a point, we still need to employ people and beckon on their services. So i think the best thing to do is to have a mindset that those employees are also humans that has feelings too.
 
Those were jobless and they don't have even job opportunities they are facing so many troubles and problems in life because without job plus cannot move on.As a growth of population is increasing and job opportunities are decreasing day by day so we should appeal to the government to open some industries and companies .than people who are jobless will join them and earn from this.
 
Interpersonal conflict.
Communication problems.
Gossip.
Bullying.
Harassment.
Discrimination.
Low motivation and job satisfaction.
Performance issues.
 
It is crazy what employers put employees through in such situations. And this is pervelant in the private sector more than anywhere else. They misuse their fellow humans because they know they can replace anytime.
 
the fact that you have employees does not mean you should misuse the opportunity by treating your employees in a ill manner or giving them tough times.the privacy of your employees should be respected and should be treated in a kind manner
 
Honestly, working for someone/ not being your own boss is indeed a thing to look into. I have seen many go through pains and slavery simply because they are working for someone. Someone was being treated like a bunch of riffraff simply because there are no more job opportunities in the state. What can he do? He has to endure all the pains so as not to lose his job.
It is saddening to experience all that in the name of being an employee. You are right with your point about employees turning slaves all because they cannot talk so as to secure their job. Government should be the right body to regulate employees job security policy but it has not been like that.
 
Employees that are not treated well by their employers and still cannot leave that job because if lack of where to go get another job. There are limited job opportunities in the country and even the one that you expect to provide you with job might still tell you you are not qualified enough.

If you find yourself in such state, you have to adapt to the nature of things and understand with your boss. You know, without having much customers or much sales can be frustrating, this because he needs money to run the business and even pay you at the end of the month. So try and understand with him or her.
 
terrible for representatives that are not treated well by their bosses and still can't leave that work since, supposing that absence of where to go land another position. There are restricted open positions in the country and even the one that you hope to give you occupation may in any case reveal to you are not sufficiently qualified.
 
That is very unfortunate but you know people just gotta what they can do because they have families to after and needs them. Some are just can't take their time to find a good and fair job for them because of that reason.. how can they remain jobless for even a month if that means their families are not going to eat?
