Unemployment is one of the biggest problem faced by thousands of people in my country. Many people are forced to accept job offers which they do not actually want to accept and they have no other choice.

I have a graduate friend who was reduced to a cleaner in a work place. His initial job description never included such, the boss just decided he should. There's no job out there so he has no choice

Honestly, working for someone/ not being your own boss is indeed a thing to look into. I have seen many go through pains and slavery simply because they are working for someone. Someone was being treated like a bunch of riffraff simply because there are no more job opportunities in the state. What can he do? He has to endure all the pains so as not to lose his job.

When the avialable jos on ground is less that surplus,then you will always get into issues where persons that are over qualified for a particular job would be apply for such positions,and then it will be at the discretion of the employer to give out such jobs.

The high unemployment rate means employees have to pander to employers now more than ever even when the disrespect is clear. It is regrettable that this occurs but the financial constraints which the employee will face not working is what will discourage him or her from quitting in spite of the bad treatment received

If you want to be free from debt the best thing to do is to keep saving for your business, and once the money has reached certain amount that would be enough to run the business, you will start in a proper way.
