HANDLING LOW PATRONAGE

If a business is having low patronage, check to see if it providing what customers really want, then also check to confirm if there is no competition or rivalry that is working against your favor, you should know where to go from there if you have your answers
One of the things i found out was that sometimes the customers usually want to have you give them product in a very unreasonable discount and that was one of the issues i had at the onset of the business.

Lou patronage is the worst. It is usually due to these two factors, poor planning or the entrepreneur is simply doing something wrong in the course of the business. One must re-strategize or simply give up
Ofcourse it is very good to restrategise and think of better ways of doing things that the customers would like. But some customers would like a sityuation where you have to please them in a way that you would run into loss.

One thing about customers is that they will always want to have their say but it depends on the business to check what will be profitable and act on it in the mist palatable way that would be welcoming to the customers too

It is a normal thing that you might struggle to get clients and paying customers when you just start a business and you should be very careful and patients at this point.

The business owner of the new business start up have no option but to handle that period with great patience and resilience. That way he won't get himself over worked up because he is not seeing the customers in their numbers

It could lead to depression. I handle low patronage by taking my mind off and taking it like the product doesn't just boom for that season.

How should an employerhandle low patronage during the early stage of his business, because the influx of clients are what makes every business to trive, and if a new business starts to experience low patronage, how quick can he handle the staff wages.
Pray to God first, then do more marketing and advert on or about your product making people know what your business and product is all about and your patronage will springe up.

Not all days are rosy or profit wise,we should always be prepared for the rough days, most times it might be the employees fault, try to be persuasive to understand the reason behind the happenings.

Low patronage is something that should be expected from a new business but there are step to control it like investing on advertisement and also building a good relationship with the few existing customers which will make them invite their friends.

It is not abnormal to experience low patronage when starting up a business, with time, there is always a turn around.
It is best for a business person to strategize how to draw more customers.... Get an online presence for your business, advertise, tell your friends and relatives to refer customers.

First things first in business. Before starting a business that require hiring employees, you should also factor that in your feasibility study. A feasibility study is a research conducted to find out the viability and survival of a business before it is started. So before starting the business, know how much would be needed for worker's salary at least for a period and make adequate preparation for that. Then issues of low patronage demands that you ho into promotional activities. This is my humble take on this matter.

Before starting a business it is always adviceable to have extra cash to pay the workers for at least 6 months. Their is no guarantee of success for the first few weeks or months of business. So having workers stick around and getting paid on time is very important.

Low patronage is very normal especially when the business is new. This can be solved by creativity, try to make something that would attract customers to your products

Low patronage in a new start-up might be quite discouraging but with proper business strategies and publicity, growth is surely expected.

You shouldn't be taking things faster than your shadow when you're trying to grow your business especially when that business is still in it's infant stage. You should give it time to start seeing customers

If you are spending $100 to develop products, you should have another $100 to market your product. These days your business will succeed only when you spend a lot of money in marketing

Advertisement is very underrated. I've bought things I basically didn't need because the advertising was so good. A struggling business in its early stage should work on reaching more people with quality product or service.

When starting a business newly you have to be mindful of the fact that sales and patronage may not be able to sustain the business expenses because people are gradually embracing the company. In that light only very critical and relevant staff should be employed at that initial stage,so as to reduce the overhead cost.

It is usually frustrating when new starters encounter low patronage.
It is best to keep calm and be consistent, the customers will come in sooner or later.
Advertise your business, make it stand out amidst competitions.
