human resource is very important to every business because it helps you to check mate and know whether your workers are effective or not and if workers of an organisation are not effective then the organisation tend to die slowly.

We're better off than the machines, cos they came into existence through the knowledge of the creative souls. We instill the knowledge the machines are operating on, they can't work if we didn't make them.

But truth be told, machines really help a lot with assisting man with performing his duties more efficiently look at the new security system that opens doors automatically unlike human gateman that can get tired.

Yes we are very important, you spoke what i really like to hear. We made those machines to help us execute it, faster. Machines are straightforward, you instruct them what to do, and they do as you instructed. But in some humans, they play prawns and wants to run away with your money.

It makes me wonder why the customer service department is always lagging when it comes to efficiency and good service. Maybe the companies should think about the customer service department that it needs properly trained staff to handle the calls and visits of the customers otherwise they will be losing customers.

Very ture, most staffs handling the customer care department are not well trained, you most of them taking forever to respond or acting like they are not interested in your problems

You need to make your employees happy and only then, they will work for you by giving their very best. If you don't care for them, they would feel the same way about your business as well. So, it's better to provide them the best environment possible.

This is avery true fact about any organisation.It has been proven over time that if do not take care of the needs and welfare of your employees they would not be resourceful in your organisation,and you know what that means,productivity will drop.
