You need to make your employees happy and only then, they will work for you by giving their very best. If you don't care for them, they would feel the same way about your business as well. So, it's better to provide them the best environment possible.

We're better off than the machines, cos they came into existence through the knowledge of the creative souls. We instill the knowledge the machines are operating on, they can't work if we didn't make them.
