This is the major problem with my country. We have large pool of human resources with premier springs but you're not making use of them due to the bad system we adopted.

Human resources are of grave importance.
That is why it is necessary for business owners or employers to applaud the efforts of their employees.
 
Every company should learn how to meet the needs of their employees cos is not just salary that you should let them work for but your love and care you showed to them is important it helps employee
 
There is a saying that goes that a happy employee is happy business. When your employee are happy there tend to be increased productivity

Human resources are very valuable assets for any business.
One's intelligence, time, energy, etc are to be rewarded as often as possibe.
 
The human resources department is a very sensitive department in the company and must be handled by professional. The way you treat your customer is the ways your product would look like. This would be visible on the outcome of the product and it could either be positive or negative.
 
I believe there are various other contributing factors that are valuable to attain success in business. Obviously human resources is one
 
I support you, the way you treat your employees matters alot and will talk or show in how they attend to people or render services to people. When you care for them and treat them right they will be happy doing their jobs knowing the boss cares
