Valid points and this is the pure truth. if you treat your employees badly they will also treat your business badly. If you treat your employees in a good way, they will be motivated to handle business in such a way that it will be a success. It is therefore advisable, for employers or business owners to treat their employees the way they want their employees to treat their businesses.

Human resources as played an important role in any business you can mention without human resources the business will be limited.
This is indeed a matter of trust, as many managers or business owners have tried to rehabilitate a problematic staffer. Some have succeeded why others have let the employee go. If a stubborn employee is being given a second chance after much pleading, is there anything the employer will gain from such employee? On the other hand, can such employee be fully trusted again ? I have come to realize that many employees do Change positively after their first mistake, but the problem is, can they be trusted again?

Yes I am absolutely agree with you. You can become successful in business when you behave good with your employees as human resources. It is key point of your business. You should provide all resources to your employees because they work for your company. You can become a successful business man when you co operate with your employees.
