Giving importance to human resources in every business

Human resources is considered to be the best resources because human can make the best use of the resources if they have knowledge, education and technology to do so. In fact human resources are superior to other resources such as land and capital because they make use of land and capital.

You are very correct, human resources to a large extent determine the success of a business, the better the unity, cooperation and qualification of your staff, the better their productivity, which in turn affect the success of the business.
 
I feel like human resources are the most valuable assets for any business.

You need to make your employees happy and only then, they will work for you by giving their very best. If you don't care for them, they would feel the same way about your business as well. So, it's better to provide them the best environment possible.

Most of the people these days, are neglecting this key point. Do you guys agree with me on this?
Indeed you are very correct, human resource is very significant in running a business, they too should be taken well cared of not just how the funds go up or down. You just have to build a good ambiance in the workplace along with your employees in order to keep things in good position.
 
Human Ressources (most of people know them as HR's) are actually the heart of your business/company, because they are the ones responsible of hiring people that represent the company/business themselves
 
One thing one should know as an employer is he or she should be kind and always be of good cheer. The employees are human too and they have families as well, one as an employer should be able to work with them in harmony and love.

I concur, human resources is the most valuable asset to a company. They are the frontliners that will make a company successful. But sadly, there are companies that gives less important to their human resources.
 
Human resource is the most important part of your capital and resources. If you get it right it will impact well on your business and if otherwise, applicable result. You need to start from the process of employing the right set of people considering other qualities aside paper qualification for instance emotional intelligence level of employee. Then playing your own part by ensuring your employees feel respected, needed , and appreciated.

It's definitely best if you treat your employees right. No one wants a horrible boss.

Treating them right will encourage them to work harder, be more responsible and honest.

This does not mean being nonchalant when it comes to discipline, though.

Well you human capital or human resources is a very vital and crucial factor in any business Enterprise. For the success of any business then there should be a good human capital system in place in the management.
 
This is very important as human resources Trump over others resources in an organization. I agree with you that when we start a business we should treat the employees in it well so that they are loyal to us and they work well in our business which Well, at least we didn't go down without explaining ourselves first and foremost.

I so much agree with you, making your Employees happy will make them also be active at work, let me use my Boss as an example here; we know that every last Friday in each Month, we do make some prayer and do some kinda party at work
 
We should value human resources in businesses because the amount of quality that a person can put out into something is a thing that not all the robots can do. Yes in terms of precision and constant conaiatency, robits may have the upper hand but we must take in mind that no robots will be possible if not because of humans.
 
Human resources plays a key role in developing, reinforcing and changing the culture of an organisation. Pay, performance management, training and development, recruitment and onboarding and reinforcing the values of the business are all essential elements of business culture covered by human resources. Getting culture right isn't easy.

Workers are the key to success in any business. No business will be able to reach its heights unless the worker works hard and diligently. I believe that the better you treat the workers, the more they will do your job. And as human beings, we must treat our workers with hard work and compassion.

Human resources is of immense importance and human ought to be valued as great asset. However, technology is fast taking the place of human in the Western word in form of artificial intelligence by developing robots or machines to execute tasks that human being are doing.
