Giving importance to human resources in every business

A company that recognises the value of its human resource will do very well for itself. Naturally, when the employer treats their employees with respect and dignity, it gives them no reason to leave. Plus, they strive to do well by the company and become loyal to it.

Once the respect and inclusiveness is their they have the feelings or believe that the company is theirs so they will do everything possible for the company to survive. Diplomacy is a key factor in human resources management.

You need to make your employees happy and only then, they will work for you by giving their very best. If you don't care for them, they would feel the same way about your business as well. So, it's better to provide them the best environment possible.

That's exactly it! Honestly, I've seen companies that treat their staff well thrive and soar. It creates a very family type environment and the loyalty these employees have for a good employer is off the charts. I've resolved that if we were to ever expand, my husband and I would strive to be the best bosses out there.

That's a good mindset because success in a business is a collective effort and input from different individuals that wish the business to prosper. The little business I do ,I value my employees despite it on casual basis.

Human resource department or section is indeed important for a big business that employs more than 10 workers. I agree that workers should have a feeling of satisfaction even if the salary is wanting in increase. In this pandemic era, there were many jobless due to the lockdown. When the businesses were opened again in June 2020 those called to work have a salary cut because they work less than 8 hours in a day for the so called alternating shift that is the solution to social distancing in the place of work. But the workers who are our neighbors were so glad that they still have a job even with a small salary. The lockdown made the workers realize that their job is important so they have to work harder with dedication.

You're right. Manpower is very important in any kind of business. We can use technology but I don't think it can replace human resource completely. It is also important to treat employee as the valuable asset that they are.
