Employer and employee relationship

I think the atmosphere that should exist between an employer and employee should not be firece or any other thing, it should just be professional. They can be few times the employees and the employers share jokes or even become friends but this shill be outside the working place. Inside their roles and designation should be acknowledged and known by each of them.

Employers are the owners of business who hires someone to do a particular task for them that at the end of the month they will get paid, these people being hired are called employees.
The relationship between these two groups of people in the business is usually fierce,only a handful that are not that way, you need to see the way some staff will be fidgeting because their boss is around.
Meanwhile I love businesses where there is love and unity, mutual respect and kindness, this is how it supposed to be in an office not a tensed office environment due to too much over seriousness and lack of good office relationship.
Now we must build a great atmosphere in the office as clients and customers notices this and they will keep on coming to our organization if we can create that free and conducive environment for our business. Let's discuss this

To achieve a smooth and cordial relationship with your employees, every body must play their own roles and abide by the rule of engagement so there won't a disconnect between both the employees and employer so that business will flourish.
 
Employers are the owners of business organisation who employed and seek the services of some skilled or unskilled personnel for the growth of the organisation. The personnel employed by the employer are called employees.

The employer-employees relationship varies from one organisation to the other.
In some organisations the relationship is always fierce while in other organisations it always cordial.
 
I totally agree with the OP on this! I don't get why a lot of employers love it when their employees are petrified of them. It makes more sense to me to be firm, fair and accommodating. Your employees should be able to relax in your company and not see you as this scary monster. The happier they are in the environment you create, the better they'll perform and be happier as well. Plus, they'll also genuinely like and respect you. It's not exactly rocket science.

The attitude of the reward and the employees should be very good and honest with each other and both of them should aim to make any business successful so that it is worth it and earn a lot of reputation to make their business successful.
 
Employee and employers relationship is very important in any organization that desires to move forward. Imagine having an employer you can't freely discuss with, it'll be so difficult for an employee to freely share ideas and suggestions with such employer. What if the employee has plan and ideas that'll benefit the company? Employee and employers relationship is very important
 
The foundation you lay with your employees is very important.... There must be a define relationship between the two... You must be an employer and also a figure to lean on for your employees now I'm not talking about money only but many other things... Make them your friend but make sure the friendship is define.... If you are good to them they will be good to your business and never hesitate to reprimand them if they go gaga with your business.

The relationship of employer and employee should be kind enough but don't try to cross the difference of this relationship. The environment of offices should be friendly enough to achieve the productivity but must follow the proper business hierarchy.
 
Employers are tasked with the responsibility of taking good care of their employees , ensuring that they have all that they need in the business in order to bring out the best in them .
Statistics has shown that when the employees are treated well , they tend to bring out their best in the business .

In a working environment it is very important for employers and employees to have a very good working relationship, it helps to promote unity and cooperation in the working environment which in turn increase productivity. People tends to work better with people they are in good relationships with.
 
Relationship between employee and employer really matters because the outsider judges the behavior between them,they usually got attraction from both of them if the relationship between them is corporative then the business goes to the high rank easily but I heard most of the time it doesn't happen sincerely the employee behavior is bad with the employees as they are working and giving best to the business .
 
The relationship between an employer and an employee I believe should Ben very healthy so that the operations in the work place will go smoothly. As an employee you should respect your employer and do all that is best to help move his business forward because that is what would make him happy and make you happy also as an employee. As an employer do not look down on your employee because he can only give you his best if he is in the right place mentally
 
You don't necessarily have to be so close and cordial with your employees cause sometimes this leads to so many issue the employee might end up not respecting you as he should cause you are close but on the other hand you have to have healthy relationship with them you don't have to be too harsh on them
It's true when the employee gets comfortable with their boss sometimes they will end up disrespecting them. Happened with an employee of my sister they treated them as a family and they start acting too comfortable and even slacking on work.
