Something I have always done when I have an idea for a new community is I will always sit and plan everything from the sections of the community I have to what I will focus most of my content on. This is something I have always done as I feel I tend to work better with a plan than just going for it and winging it so to speak.

Do you plan before you start to build a community? What do you ensure you include in your plans?
