Something I have always done, especially on days when things don't go to plan is I always tell myself "Tomorrow is another day!" and then go to bed and get up the next day ready to tackle whatever I couldn't the day before.
I used to hate telling myself this as I thought if I just walked away, I would be failing myself and others but I slowly learned sometimes, that is the best thing to do.
