Yes you got it. Education also helps in increasing your self esteem. I saw a case of a business man, he had really made it in his field and was doing really well but he had this fear of going on business meeting and trips with other business men because he was not educated. Very true, there is someone very close to me, she is very successful in her networking business, she knows how to talk to people and make them join but anytime she was to hold a seminar,she always get scared. She ends up hiring others to do it for her. She feels she is not good enough cause of her education

I completely agree with you that a college degree is not an essential condition for a business because there are so many businesses in my country there by the owners of these businesses do not have any educational qualification whatsoever and they're making it fine. There is a particular tribe in my country that specialises in business and most of these people do not have any educational qualification.
